The information ITMPI gathers falls into two categories: 1) Personal information, which includes personal information you supply when you register, order a product, complete a survey, subscribe for one of our newsletters, enter a contest or provide your e-mail address and 2) Non-personal information collected through technology, which includes tracking information collected as you use the ITMPI Services.
ITMPI members will be providing basic contact and demographic information about themselves upon registration. Additionally, if you visit our site to read or download information or participate in any way , ITMPI may collect, process or transfer the following information about you: the name of the domain from which you access the Internet; the date and time you access our site; and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site. ITMPI uses the collected information to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of its site and to help make the site more useful to visitors. Any or all of the information collected from you may be shared with the Webinar presenters.
ITMPI is committed to ensuring the security of your information. To protect data the company collects from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, ITMPI has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the collected information. We may use demographic and preference information to allow advertising on the ITMPI Service to be targeted to the users for whom they are most pertinent. This means users see advertising that is most likely to interest them, and advertisers send their messages to people who are most likely to be receptive, improving both the viewer's experience and the effectiveness of the ads.
The ITMPI will periodically send you e-mail newsletters or promotional e-mailers. If you no longer wish to receive a specific newsletter, follow the "unsubscribe" instructions located near the bottom of each newsletter.
The ITMPI will share contact and demographic information about our live webinar attendees with the ITMPI partners who conduct the presentations of those live webinars.
